New Orleans Can Always Get Worse

And it surely will if anyone follows the advice of former Indiana Democrat congressman and 9/11 commissioner Tim Roemer. He states that his best advice is to

...put somebody like former President Jimmy Carter in charge of rebuilding New Orleans.

Carter's failures being in charge of anything other than a peanut farm are too numerous to mention here. New Orleans, and the surrounding disaster areas need someone who will first do no harm.
